DEEP Roots Program Coordinator
- Purpose: The Program Coordinator is a FoodLink staff member responsible for the hands-on implementation, coordination, and day-to-day oversight of FoodLink’s DEEP Roots programs, including the Home/Community Garden Program, Economic Development programming, and community workshops. This role focuses on direct program management, participant support, and data collection to ensure program success and funding sustainability. The Program Coordinator reports to the FoodLink Program Manager.

Demonstration Garden Liaison
- Purpose: This position oversees and coordinates all functions of the DEEP Roots Demonstration Garden, including policies & procedures, logistics, maintenance, and event/activity coordination. This position is a combination of field and office time, so applicants must be friendly, outgoing, collaborative, comfortable speaking in front of large groups, and fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Spanish is a plus. The ideal candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Community / Home Garden Liaison
- Purpose: This position is the primary point of contact for community and home gardeners participating in the DEEP Roots program. The Liaison is responsible for meeting and greeting new participants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and monitoring their ongoing progress with assistance from the Demonstration Garden Liaison. This role requires travel throughout Tulare County to visit garden sites. The applicant must be friendly, outgoing, empathetic, and fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Spanish is a plus. The ideal candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and participant needs.
