Vision: The Food Alliance envisions an equitable and healthy food system in Tulare County.

Mission: To strengthen local food systems in Tulare County through:

  • collaborative partnerships of diverse stakeholders that supports equitable and healthy food systems.
  • advocating policy changes that supports access to healthy, nutritious, and affordable food.
  • developing sustainable food system programs that supports food resource management and food security needs of children, youth, and families.
  • creating a learning community of individuals within our partner organizations by educating ourselves and one another on local food systems policy and programmatic opportunities.
